"Here in America working with the poor is a hard task. When I kept on hearing figures of how many kids die each day of having no food in their bellies, it made me sick. How can any leader of any industrialized nation allow this to happen? It is time for all Presidents of these nations to hold accountable the Presidents of nations who let their people die when there is plenty of food and money. If an American child who has AIDS can get medication, so should every other kid in the world."
